WHIDBY ISLAND

We decided to spend Memorial Day weekend biking on Whidby Island...so glad Mikell was here for the weekend and we could also meet up with Sheena and Blake! It was pouring on our way to Seattle, but as soon as we boarded the ferry the clouds broke and it was pretty much sunny the whole day! This picture was taken while we were going across on the ferry...

We stopped and had lunch in a little town called Langley. The food was great and we talked a guy sweeping his sidewalk into taking our picture, then we headed back so we could get Mikell on her flight back home...it was a perfect day and a perfect birthday! We loved spending time with you!

My great find today for $60.00! The picture doesn't do it justice...the glass and wood is beautiful!!!

Okay, so I do medical transcription for my work...I really try hard to do a good job with minimal errors, but occasionally I do slip up! Got back a note from the nurse that I needed to correct a report...what should have said "the patient is legally blind" was typed in as "the patient is legally blonde"! I guess the entire office had a good laugh!!!
